Changing your mind
For eligible online orders, tell us within 14 days after you receive the goods that you want to cancel. You then have 14 days from telling us to return them. You do not need to give a reason. Email us or write to the address above with your name, order number and the goods you wish to return.
Send returns to Miva Labs, Simple Online Healthcare Limited, 77 Dunn Street, Glasgow, G40 3PA, United Kingdom. Please include your order number and keep proof of posting. You pay the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind order. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods; contact us to arrange this.
Refunds
For cancellation of a whole eligible order, we refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. We do not refund the extra cost of a premium delivery upgrade. Refunds use the original payment method unless you agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice, but may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Sealed skincare
The change-of-mind cancellation exception applies only where a product is sealed, is genuinely unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, and has been unsealed after delivery. It does not remove your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order details and a description of the problem. You have statutory remedies, which can include a refund, repair or replacement. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
