Products and prices
Please read the product description, size, ingredients, directions and warnings before ordering. Development concepts are clearly labelled and are not final product specifications. Prices are in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown before payment. If we identify a pricing error, we will contact you before accepting the order; you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a refund.
Placing an order
You can review and correct your order before paying. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not acceptance. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that your goods have been dispatched. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken. Payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout.
Delivery
Available services, charges and any stated delivery estimates are shown before purchase. Unless we agree a different period with you, we will deliver within 30 days. We remain responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate, receives them, except where the law provides otherwise for a carrier you independently appoint.
Cancellation and problems
See our Returns and refunds policy for cancellation instructions and your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed. These terms do not reduce your statutory rights.
Liability and complaints
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Contact us using the details above if you have a complaint.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Scots law. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. Changes to these terms apply to future orders; the version in force when you order applies to that order.
